WATER FUNDING
APPLICATION
The Town of Eaton intends to file an application for Lead Service Line Replacement with the Indiana Finance Authority's State Revolving Fund (DWSRF). The purpose of this application is to seek financial assistance in the form of a grant and/or low-interest loan for the Eaton Lead Service Line Replacement Project. The complete application is expected to be filed on or before April 1, 2026. Copies of the Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) will be on file at Town Hall at 107 E. Harris St., Eaton, IN 47338 for review between April 4, 2026, to April 19, 2026. Questions and/or comments about Town's funding application can be addressed at a public hearing to be held at the Community Center on April 14th at 6:00PM. Commonwealth Engineers, Inc. will be on hand to present the final PER and to answer any questions and comments from the public at this meeting. Written comments from the public will be accepted from April 4, 2026, to April 19, 2026, and should be sent to the Clerk Treasurer's office, Attn: Bridgett Dewees, at 107 E.
