SECTION 893.77 NOTICE On March 10, 2026, a resolution was offered, adopted and approved by the Village of Milladore, Wisconsin (the "Municipality"), whereby the Municipality authorized and directed the sale and issuance of up to $103,456 Sewerage System Revenue Bonds, Series 2026. The closing on these Bonds was held on March 25, 2026. A copy of all proceedings had to date with respect to the authorization and sale of said Bonds is on file and may be examined in the office of the Village Clerk of the Municipality. This Notice is given pursuant to Section 893.77, Wisconsin Statutes, which provides that an action or proceeding to contest the validity of such municipal financing, for other than constitutional reasons, must be commenced within thirty (30) days after the date of publication of this Notice.
