TAKE NOTICE THAT on November 19, 2025, Barbara Billups filed a petition to quiet title against the subject property with the legal description "All that tract or parcel of land, lying and being in Athens, Athens-Clarke County, Georgia, and more particularly described as follows: Being one fourth of Lot No. 4 of Rutherford Survey and being bounded as follows: on the Forth by lot formerly of Floyd Hill, on the South by lot formerly of Simon Kerke; on the East by Rock Spring Street; and on the West by lot formerly of Tom Jackson and Ben Crawford, said lot of land being near Rock Spring, the same being designated as No. 148 Rock Spring Street and being the same property as that conveyed by Simon Marke to Steve Jackson by deed recorded in Book FF, Page 243, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Athens-Clarke County, Georgia, and being the same property as that conveyed by J. Scott Echols by deed dated February 25th, 1929 and recorded in Book 52, Page 197, in the Clerk's Office. This lot was purchased by Fannie Horton from Julia Echols, by warrantee deed dated June 1st, 1931 and recorded in Deed Book 57, Page 474, in said Clerk's Office and was conveyed by the heirs at law of the said Fannie Horton to the said Antoinette A. Ferue by deed recorded in Deed Book 105, Page 164 in said Clerk's Office and being the same property deeded from Antoinette A. Rogue to K. N. Brewer dated September 25th, 1947 and recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 117.z" and bearing the Tax Parcel Number 122D1 F045 pursuant to the provisions of O.C.G.A. §§ 23-3-60, et seq., said matter pending as Civil Action File No. SUCV0620. By Order for Publication entered in the Superior Court of Athens-Clarke County, Georgia, on March 27, 2026, any and all persons who claim any interest in the said real property are hereby notified that they are required to file any response or answer with the Clerk of the Superior Court of Athens-Clarke County within 60 days of the date of the Order for service by publication, with a copy of such response or answer to be sent to the Attorney for the Petitioner: Dylan E.
