NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners, Palm Beach County, State of Florida, will receive sealed bids from qualified Contractors, at:

Fuel Farm Replacement
Palm Beach County Project No. GL 25-10
Palm Beach County Department of Airports
The work generally consists of: Removal and disposal of the existing underground 12,000-gallon AVGAS fuel tank and 12,000-gallon JET-A fuel tank and replacement with new outdoor, above ground 5,000-gallon AVGAS fuel tank and 5,000-gallon JET-A fuel tank, respectively. The new tanks will be installed on a new structural foundation. Turf striping, excavation, and subgrade compaction are also included in the project. Additionally, the project will include drainage and security camera installations on the fuel farm, as well as apron rehabilitation adjacent to the new self-serve fueling dispensers. Work will be located at Palm Beach County Glades Airport (PHK).
All conditions and requirements for bid submission, consideration, and award are contained in the Contract Documents, which include the plans and specifications. The work must conform to plans and specifications, which may be obtained or examined on or after March 30, 2026. The Department of Airports is not responsible for the content of bid documents obtained by means other than indicated below:

AECOM will provide a link and password for the Potential Bidder to access the site and to download the bid documents and any other related data (Pre-Bid Meeting Minutes, Addenda, etc.) for the GL 25-10, Fuel Farm Replacement project. The plans can be printed at full size (22” by 34”). The Contractor should access the site on a daily basis to be aware of any new data that is added to the site. The Department of Airports is not responsible for failure to obtain all documents required in order to be considered responsive. The potential bidder shall not, for any reason, provide access data to any other person or entity.
Bid proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by Palm Beach County and accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, money order or a bid bond submitted on the form provided, in favor of Palm Beach County in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid price.
All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope as described in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.

The Palm Beach Board of County Commissioners, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, all businesses will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex, age, or disability in consideration for an award.
