REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS CITY OF PALM SPRINGS   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Palms Springs is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified firms for RFQ 02-26 On-Call Civil Plan Check Services.   SCOPE OF SERVICES: The scope of work will consist of providing on-call civil engineering professional services as necessary to complete review and approvals of various plans, maps, and studies for the City.   OBTAINING RFQ DOCUMENTS AND ADDENDA: The RFQ document may be downloaded via Planetbids at the following link: https://pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal/ 47688/portal-home.   PREQUALIFICATION CONFERENCE: A Prequalification conference will be held on April 7, 2026, at 9:00 am PDT virtually. All responders are encouraged to attend.   DEADLINE: All statements of qualifications must be electronically received through the PlanetBids e-bidding system via the link provided in the RFQ no later than 2:00 p.m., PDT, April 28, 2026. The receiving time date stamp in Planetbids will be the governing time for acceptability of received bids.
