Chestnut Expressway Springfield, MO 65802   All endorsed “Proposals” shall be uploaded to the College’s Ionwave Bidding system (https://otc.ionwave.net/CurrentSourcingEvents.aspx) no later than 2:00 PM CST on April 7, 2026. A bidding tabulation will be sent to all bidders who submitted after the bids have been unsealed. Construction Drawings and Specifications will be available by the end of the day on March 31, 2026. Anticipated date for last addendum is to be April 3, 2026.   The bidder understands that Ozarks Technical Community College reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder and to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any technicalities or informalities in the bidding. PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 2:00 PM CST on March 31, 2026. The conference will be held on the OTC Springfield Campus, in the Facility Operations Building conference room at 933 E Central, Springfield, MO. Contractors can schedule a site visit to review project site as desired or immediately following the pre-bid conference. PREVAILING WAGES: Prevailing wages shall be paid in accordance with the Missouri Division of Labor Standards, Annual Wage Order as listed in the Project Manual.  PROJECT AWARD: Project will be presented to the Board of Trustees on May 12, 2026. Intended project award date to be May 12, 2026, with an anticipated construction start date of June 1, 2026. PROJECT COMPLETION: All Work for this project shall be substantially complete by June 20, 2026. Final completion shall be met by June 30, 2026.
