NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ANNEXATION AND INITIAL ZONING TOWN OF LELAND, NC   Notice is hereby given that the Leland Town Council will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, April 16, at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter at Leland Town Hall, located at 102 Town Hall Dr, Leland, NC to consider an annexation and initial zoning described as follows:   To annex and initially zone Brunswick County Tax Parcel IDs 0280000101 and 02200024 from CO-C-LD, Commercial-Low Density, to LE-M-F, Multifamily District, LE-C-1, Commercial Business District, General Commercial, LE-C-3, Commercial Trucking District, and CD, Conservation District. The subject site is located along US HWY 74/76 and to the East and West of Compass Pointe East Wynd NE, and South of Compass Pointe neighborhood.   The Public is welcome to attend and participate in the public hearing.
