NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ANNEXATION TOWN OF LELAND, NC   Notice is hereby given that the Leland Town Council will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, April 16th, at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter at Leland Town Hall, located at 102 Town Hall Dr, Leland, NC to consider the annexation described as follows:   The annexation of two parcels identified as Brunswick County Tax Parcel IDs 0280000112 and 0280000113. The subject site is located along Colon Mintz Road, adjacent to the East Lake subdivision.   The Public is welcome to attend and participate in the public hearing.
