ORDER OF NOTICE
The above-entitled cause which is a Complaint praying to quiet title of the Plaintiff to the following described real estate:
That lot of land with all the buildings and other improvements thereon, situated on Wadsworth Street, in the City of Providence, in the State of Rhode Island, and laid out and designated as lot numbered 8 (eight) on that plat entitled "Map of land in Cranston belonging to John W. Field laid out and platted from former surveys by Cushing & Walling 1847" which plat is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in said City of Providence in Plat Book 10 at Page 7 and on Plat Card 260.

and it appearing that there may be other persons unknown and unascertained who may be interested in the above described real estate and whose present whereabouts are unknown, all of said parties being Defendants in the above-entitled cause, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that notice of the pendency of this cause be given by the Clerk of this Court once a week for two (2) successive weeks in the Providence Journal, a newspaper published in the State of Rhode Island, publication to be on the 30th day of March 2026, and on the 6th day of April, 2026, to notify the said Defendant to serve an Answer to said Complaint upon the Attorney for the Plaintiff, Douglas H. Smith, Esq., 140 Reservoir Avenue, Providence, RI 02907. Defendant's Answer must also be filed with this Court in the Office of the Clerk.
If they fail to do so, Judgment will be taken against them for the relief demanded in the Complaint, following the entry of their default.
