OXFORD PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE   Pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 5, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 7:10 pm at the Oxford Town Hall 325 Main Street, Oxford, MA 01540 on amending the Zoning Map Adding to General Business (GB) Zoning District properties identified as Assessor’s Map 07A: Parcels A01, A01.01, A01.02, A02, A03, A04, A05, and A06. These properties are currently within the North Oxford Business (NOB) Zoning District; and deleting Chapter V Section 1.5 and 1.6 of the Zoning Bylaw of the Town of Oxford.
