Notice is hereby given that Amanda Favreau has petitioned the Zoning Board of Appeals seeking a Variance for relief from the front yard setback requirements (Section 301-2.5.1 of the Protective Bylaws) for the purposes of building a covered porch at a property located at 2 Sunset Drive, Sterling MA, Parcel ID 157-36. The property is located in the Rural Residential and Farming zoning district.
A public hearing for this petition will be held at the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, Room 205, 1 Park Street, Sterling on April 14, 2026 at 6:10 pm, at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to allowance on this petition.
A copy of this petition is on file at the Town Clerk’s Office for review during regular business hours by appointment.
