TOWN OF STERLING PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE BOARD OF APPEALS 2 Sunset Drive (Parcel ID 157-36)   Notice is hereby given that Amanda Favreau has petitioned the Zoning Board of Appeals seeking a Variance for relief from the front yard setback requirements (Section 301-2.5.1 of the Protective Bylaws) for the purposes of building a covered porch at a property located at 2 Sunset Drive, Sterling MA, Parcel ID 157-36.
