TOWN OF STERLING PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE BOARD OF APPEALS 39 Jewett Road (Parcel ID 126-48)   Notice is hereby given that an application has been filed with the Sterling Board of Appeals by William & Christine McNamara for a Special Permit to allow for the extension, alteration, or change to a pre-existing non-conforming structure for the purposes of extending an existing front porch (Section 2.2.4 (5) of the Town of Sterling’s Protective Bylaws) at a property located at 39 Jewett Road, Sterling MA, Parcel ID 126-48.
