Notice is hereby given that an application has been filed with the Sterling Board of Appeals by William & Christine McNamara for a Special Permit to allow for the extension, alteration, or change to a pre-existing non-conforming structure for the purposes of extending an existing front porch (Section 2.2.4 (5) of the Town of Sterling’s Protective Bylaws) at a property located at 39 Jewett Road, Sterling MA, Parcel ID 126-48. The property is located in the Light Industrial and Groundwater zoning districts.
A public hearing for this application will be held at the Mary Ellen Butterick Municipal Building, Room 205, 1 Park Street, Sterling on April 14, 2026 at 6:20 pm, at which time you may appear either in person or by Agent or your Attorney and present any objection which you may have to allowance on this application.
