Legal Notice Invitation for Bid (IFB) 600 E. 4th Street Renovation   Solicitation No: B26002   The Wilmington Housing Authority (WHA) will be receiving sealed bids for 600 E. 4th Street Renovation in accordance with the specification solicitation # IFB B26002.   Bids will be received until 12:00 p.m., on April 23, 2026, online. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at the Wilmington Housing Authority Office at 321 E. 11th Street Wilmington Delaware 19801.   A pre-bid conference will be held on April 9, 2026, at 10:00AM at the Delaware Affordable Housing Group building at 321 E. 11th St.   Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond duly executed by the bidders as principal and having as Surety Company approved according to T-Listing Circular 570, in the amount of 10% of the bid.   IFB documents will be available online at https://whadelaware.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities on or before March 30th, 2026.
