LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an application has been made to the Planning Board of the City of Hackensack, in the County of Bergen and State of New Jersey seeking site plan approval and related waivers pursuant to NJSA 40:55D-70 (c ) (1) and (c )(2) affecting the property known as 112-120 Hackensack Avenue, Hackensack, NJ, Applicant: Esther Realty LLC.
Block 500.01, Lots 78 and 82 on the City of Hackensack Tax Map on behalf of the purchasers of said property, Esther Realty LLC. Such property is commonly known as 112-120 Hackensack Avenue, Hackensack, New Jersey 07601 (hereinafter the "Property"). This notice is being sent to you as an owner of property or of property interest within 200 feet of the subject property.
The applicant is requesting site plan approval, architectural plan approval and approval of the traffic impact study and does not request a waiver for any variances, rather the applicant requests approval of the engineering plan, traffic study and architectural plans submitted to the Planning Board which meets the conditions of the approved White Manna Redevelopment Plan was adopted on July 14, 2024 and for such other variances, waivers or other relief as the Board shall deem necessary and appropriate.
The applicants proposes to improve the Property in accordance with the Redevelopment Plan approved by the City of Hackensack on July 14, 2024. All documents pertaining to this application are on file in the Building Department in the City of Hackensack located at 216 Union Street, Hackensack, New Jersey and may be inspected from Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
For the purpose of hearing comments upon, objections to or statements in support of the granting of this application, a hearing is scheduled before the City of Hackensack Planning Board on April 15, 2026 at 7 p.m. in the City of Hackensack, 65 Central Avenue, 3rd Floor, Council Chambers, City Hall, at which time any such comments, objections or statements with regard to this application may be presented. In order to do so, one must appear either in person or through an attorney at law.
