YOU ARE HEREBY summoned and required to serve upon McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, LLC, Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 216 Haddon Avenue, Suite 201, Westmont, New Jersey 08108, telephone (856) 858-7080, an Answer to the Foreclosure Complaint filed in a civil action, in which Seneca Mortgage Servicing LLC is Plaintiff and Michael G. King, Paulette Dulton and Tina Quick are defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey within 35 days after April 2, 2026, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, PO Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625 in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure. You are further advised that if you are unable to obtain an attorney, you may communicate with the New Jersey State Bar Association or Lawyer Referral Service of the county of venue and that if you cannot afford an attorney, you may communicate with the Legal Services office of the county of venue. THE ACTION has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing a Mortgage dated May 1, 2020 made by Michael King and Fatmata King to Seneca Mortgage Servicing LLC, and covers real estate located at 218 Winans Avenue, Hillside, New Jersey 07205in Union County in the State of New Jersey, known as located at 218 Winans Avenue, Hillside, New Jersey 07205, Block 422, Lot 20, as shown on the tax assessment map and tax map duplicate of Hillside. Said mortgage was recorded May 13, 2020 in book 14694, page 143 in the amount of $297,900.00.
YOU, Michael G. King, Paulette Dulton and Tina Quick, are hereby named a party defendant herein for any lien, claim or interest you may have in, to or on the mortgaged premises.
The nature of which and the reason that you and each of you are joined as defendants is set forth with particularity in the Complaint, a copy of which will be furnished you on request, addressed to the attorneys of the plaintiff at the above-mentioned address.
