Please be advised that the following application will be heard at the Harrington Park Board of Adjustment meeting at 7:00pm on April 27th, 2026 at the Borough Hall, 85 Harriot Avenue, Harrington Park, NJ:
Studio Humelim LLC representing Margaret Ellison, 56 Bogerts Mill Rd (Block 7, Lot 1502) Harrington Park, New Jersey, seeks a variance for construction of an 8' deer exclusion fence. Harrington Park borough code 350-42 B requires a maximum allowable height of 5ft. in rear and side yards and a maximum allowed height of 3ft in front yards.
The applicant may also request any additional approvals, variances, waivers, exceptions or any other relief, which may be deemed necessary upon review of the application by the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
