NOTICE OF HEARING
TAKE NOTICE, that public hearing will be held before the Joint Land Use board of the township of Harrison at the Municipal Building, 114 Bridgeton Pike, Mullica Hill, New Jersey on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. on the follow application:

Block 36.09 Lot 10
My firm represents Kulwinder Singh and Baldev Singh in regard to 408 Timber Lane, block 36.09 and Lot 10, the applicant is requesting several bulk variances. In particular, Applicant would request a variance for a front fence/wall setback of one foot where section 113-8, paragraph L requires a four foot wide landscape area between the fence and the property line. The front wall/fence would also have a access gate. The wall/fence has already been constructed and applicant would request a variance for same. Additionally, a wall/fence has been constructed on the rear of the property within the 20 foot rear yard setback. The rear wall/fence is only inches from the property line. Applicant also proposes to widen by five feet the existing driveway into the 20 foot side yard setback requirement. Applicant would add a 40 foot by 40 foot pool house pavilion to the rear of the site. The extended driveway and pool pavilion would increase the impervious coverage to 48.2% where 35% impervious coverage is allowed. Applicant is requesting the bulk variances as described above. Finally, applicant would seek any and all necessary waivers or variances.
