By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Morgan Superior Court of Morgan County, Indiana, in Cause No. 55D01-2510-MF-002572, wherein First Merchants Bank was Plaintiff, and Brent Edward Larkin was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 11th day of May, 2026, at the hour of 2 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 160 North Park Avenue, Martinsville, IN 46151, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Morgan County, Indiana.
