By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, in Cause No. 82D05-2512-MF-007468 wherein Indiana Members Credit Union was Plaintiff, and Keith A. Kuester, CNH Industrial Capital America, LLC, and Superior Ag Resources Cooperative, Inc. were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Agreed Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure and Order for Sale with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale, by auctioneer, Ralph Smith Auction Realty, LLC., to the highest bidder, the Real Estate identified below, located Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
