The Planning Board will consider an Application for Site Plan Review (135-1201: Grading Permit) filed by Stephen Sanford, Chief Financial & Operations Officer, on behalf of the Trustees of Thayer Academy, Applicant. The Applicant is seeking to replace the existing grass football field with an artificial turf field with associated grading and stormwater improvements.
