Legal Notice Zoning Hearing Agenda   Notice is hereby given to the application(s) to be considered at a public hearing of the Zoning Hearing Board of Lower Moreland Township to be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Meeting Room of the Lower Moreland Township Municipal Building, 640 Red Lion Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006.   26-04 The application of Sekhrob and Timur Ramizov of 689 Longview Drive, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 who seeks relief from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance of Lower Moreland Township to allow for a new walkway, expansion of driveway and new pavement area at the back of the house (rear yard) which will exceed the allowable lot coverage of 25% to 47.2% per Section 208-301 Table 3-2.3a. The proposed patio is also less than 10 foot away from property lines which is required per Section 208-507.B(6), Table 5-7.2.   Potential vote upon application #26-04   Full opportunity to be heard regarding the above-referenced application(s) will be given to any citizens and parties in interest in attendance.
