LEGAL NOTICE   The following are summaries of ordinances adopted by Canton City Council on Mar. 23, 2026. Ave. S.W., Canton, Ohio 44702, during non-holiday weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Ordinance No. 50/2026 The Mayor or Service Director is authorized to: advertise, receive bids, award and enter into contract for the purchase of two Class 6 diesel commercial cab-chassis trucks, one ¾ ton pickup truck, two utility box bodies, and one dump body for the Collection Systems Dept. and to enter into contract for said purchases via any procurement process authorized by law. Adopted as an emergency.
