The City of Fall River Zoning Board of Appeals hereby gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 5:30pm in the first floor Hearing Room, One Government Center, Fall River, MA, in order to hear the following petitions: NEW BUSINESS 1. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Discussion regarding Appeal of Decision for Little Hands College 551 Rock Street. 2. Applicant: Little Hands College, Inc. Owner: Paula Jesus c/o Richard E.
