PUBLIC NOTICE BOROUGH OF BARNEGAT LIGHT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Brennan Fuel LLC (the "Applicant") has applied to the Planning Board of the Borough of Barnegat Light, Ocean County, New Jersey for a minor subdivision to create two single-family residential building lots on the property designated as Lots 1 & 2 in Block 36 on the Tax Map of the Borough of Barnegat Light, located at 1801 Central Avenue. All existing improvements on the property will be removed. Although the Applicant believes that no variances, waivers or exceptions are required, any variances, waivers or exceptions deemed necessary or appropriate by the Board will be requested at the public hearing.
