Up to four Contractors may be selected for this JOC based on the City’s workload. A Small Business Enterprise goal of 5% has been established for this project. Pre-Submittal Meeting Information A pre-submittal meeting will be held at 9:30 am on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 200 W. Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ 85003 (City Hall), 9th Floor - 9 Training Room WSD and via Microsoft Teams. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested consultants attend the pre-submittal meeting.
