Hogan, Deceased, et al., Defendants. The Defendants, the Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Executors and Administrators of Terence J. Hogan; and the unknown spouse, if any, of Terence J. Hogan; and Brian Hogan; and the unknown spouse, if any, of Brian Hogan; whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that the Defendants, The McNaughten Village Condominium Association (the “Association”) filed its Cross Claim in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 1857 Misty Way, Columbus, Ohio 43232, Parcel No. 550-198886-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, attorney fees, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer the Association's Cross Claim within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. If the Defendants fail to respond timely, judgment by default will be entered against them for the relief requested in the Cross Claim.
