NOTICE OF ZONING HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the Spring Grove Borough Zoning Hearing Board on April 16, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Spring Grove Borough Municipal Office, 1 Campus Avenue, Spring Grove, Pennsylvania when and where all interested persons may appear and be heard regarding the following: ZHB Case No. 01-26: Application by Predix Properties, LLC (Seth Predix) 327 N Pine Ave, Spring Grove, Pa 17362. The applicant is requesting the following variances. 1) Variance of Section 400-34 B (1) requiring parking spaces to be a minimum width of 9.5 feet. Applicant is proposing a minimum width of 9 feet. 2) Variance of Chapter 400 Attachment 4 requiring a minimum lot area of 4000 square feet per dwelling unit in the Town Residential District. Applicant is proposing a minimum lot area of 1,943.80 square feet per dwelling unit. 3) Variance of Section 440-17 B requiring a maximum height of 2.5 stories or 40 feet. Applicant is proposing a maximum height of 4 stories. The property is located at 327 N Pine Ave, Spring Grove, Pa 17362 in the Town Residential District.
