NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Lawrence Circuit Court of Lawrence County, Indiana, in Cause No. 47C01-2509-MF-001251, wherein PennyMac Loan Services, LLC was Plaintiff, and Mariner Finance LLC and Thomas H. Walls Jr. were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 12th day of May, 2026, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 1420 "I" Street, Bedford, IN 47421, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lawrence County, Indiana.
A part of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 15, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Lawrence County, Indiana, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning on the South line of said quarter quarter section at a point located 1120 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof in the center of the road ; thence West on said line 200 feet to the Southwest corner of said quarter quarter section; thence North on the West line thereof 325 feet; thence East 200 feet; thence South 325 feet to the place of beginning. Containing 1.50 acres, more or less. TOGETHER WITH a perpetual and non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress more particularly described in Easement dated October 16, 1998 and recorded October 29, 1998 in Book 102, page 711, as Instrument No. 9800010717.
