Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate
Against the property commonly known as 2800 S Mock Ave, Muncie, IN 47302-5446 and described as follows:
Lot Numbered One hundred seven (107) in Eastlawn, Section "A", an Addition to the City of Muncie, Indiana, as recorded in Plat Book 7, page 29, in the Office of the Recorder of Delaware County, Indiana.
