The Sheriff or other person conducting the sale will have information regarding the surplus, if any.
The amount of judgement to be satisfied by said sale is the sum of $194,855.39 more or less plus interest.
The Sheriff shall deduct his fees, costs and commissions of sale from the total amount bid at the sale.
A 20% deposit (cash or certified funds) is required from the Successful Bidder at the time of sale.
