In accordance with the Town of Bellingham’s Subdivision Rules and Regulations § 245-10, Definitive Plan and §240-54, Stormwater Management, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 23, 2026at 7:00 p.m. in the Arcand Meeting Room in the Municipal Center.
The applicant, Snowflake, LLC c/o Kevin Lobisser requests a major modification to the previously approved Residential Development Overlay District (DRDOD) Special Permit, and Definitive Subdivision Approval and Stormwater Management Plan Permit. of the Zoning Bylaw. The modifications are focused on roadway alignment, lot configuration, and stormwater management. The site consists of 85.6+/- acres between Mill Street and Mechanic Street in Bellingham, shown on Assessor’s Map 51, 13-1, zoned Suburban and Business-1.

The applications and plans may be viewed at the Planning and Zoning Office or Town Clerk’s office in the Municipal Center, 10 Mechanic Street in Bellingham, MA, during regular Municipal Center business hours.
