Taken on execution and will be sold by public auction on the 30th day of April, 2026 at 11:00 o’clock, am, at the Sheriff’s Office at 40 Brick Kiln Rd, Chelmsford Massachusetts, in the County of Middlesex, all the right, title and interest that said Isabelle Smith of 85 Appleton Street, Malden Ma 02148, in the County of Middlesex had (not exempt by law from levy on execution or from attachment) on the 7th day of October, 2023 being the time when the same was seized on execution, in and to the following described real estate, to wit: 85 Appleton Street, Malden Ma 02148. A certain parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in Malden, being shown as Lot B1on a plan of land entitled “Plan of land in Malden, S.S. Slater, C. E. dated November 23, 1955” recorded in Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds in Book 8668, Page 56, bounded and described as follows:
NORTHWESTERLY: By Appleton Street, One Hundred Forty-two and 10/100 (142.10) feet;
NORTHEASTERLY: By Hancock Street, One Hundred Fourteen and 65/100 (114.65) feet;
SOUTHEASTERLY: By Lot A and Lot B2 as shown on said plan, One Hundred Forty-two and 07/100 (142.07) feet; and
SOUTHWESTERLY: By land now or formerly of Barr, One Hundred Seventeen and 91/100 (117.91) feet.
Containing 16,519 square feet according to said plan.
Subject to building lines on Appleton Street (see instrument recorded Middlesex South District Deeds Book 5039, Page 66) and on Hancock Street (see Book 5039, Page 67)
Being the same premises described in deed from Edith Bielawski to Emil Bielawski and Edith Bielawski dated March 31, 1975 recorded in Middlesex South District Deeds in Book 12790, Page 195.
Edith Bielawski died in Malden on September 11, 1976. See M-792 recorded with said Deed in Book 13440, Page 621.
