All addenda, corrections, and responses to this public notice shall be posted to http://www.centralauctionhouse.com.   The Ascension Parish shall not be responsible if the bidder cannot complete and submit a bid due to failure or incomplete delivery of the files submitted via the internet.   The lowest responsive bidder that is awarded the bid must have a minimum of $300,000 of General Liability Insurance and Workmen’s Compensation Insurance. A copy of the insurance must be sent to Ascension Parish Government before vendor can deliver the material.   Requirements: All material ordered must be delivered within fifteen (15) working days from the date of order. All Material ordered for pick-up must be available within seventy-two (72) hours of the date of the order. The Parish would prefer a vendor with suitable inventory on site to address changing needs of the Parish and availability for pick-up in less than the seventy-two (72) hours deadline. During a declared state of emergency by the Ascension Parish Government or the State of Louisiana, delivery of requested material must begin within six (6) hours of request. If any name material above is not available, please state in Bid Response.   The Parish of Ascension reserves the right to disqualify any Bid, response to a Request for Qualifications, or Request for Proposals if it is determined that the submitting business entity is not in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State or is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana.   Ascension Parish Government reserves the right to deem bids(s) non-responsive if vendor cannot comply with these requirements.   Ascension Parish Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
