By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 03/02/26, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 05/13/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
1. A certain parcel or lot of ground situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche, at about 35 miles below the City of Thibodaux, Louisiana, and said parcel or lot of ground measuring One Hundred Eighty (180') feet front along Atomic Lane (now W. 59th St) by a depth of Seventy-seven (77') feet; bounded in front or on the north side by Atomic Lane (now W. 59th St.), bounded on the West side or towards the marsh by property of Francis and Robert Esponge, now or formerly, bounded on the south side or below by property of Sidney Galjour, now or formerly, and being bounded on the east side or towards Bayou Lafourche by property of W.J. Anselmi, now or formerly. Together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereto belonging or appertaining.
One certain lot of land situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche at about 35 miles below the City of Thibodaux, said lot is designated as Lot H-1, and measures Ninety (90') feet in width along a public lane known as Atomic Lane or Millien Curole Lane (now W..59th St.) by a depth of Seventy-seven (77') feet on its eastern or western lines, and measuring Ninety (90') feet on its rear or southern lines; said lot is bounded on the north by public lane, bounded on the east by Tract. G, bounded on the west by Lot H-2, and the said Lot H-1 appears more fully on a plat of survey entitled "Property belonging to Robert Esponge being subdivided into Lots D-1 through D-6 and H-1 through H-10, being in Section 3, Tl 8S, R21E, Cut off, Louisiana, Lafourche Parish," and which plat is dated November 23, 1974, as recorded at Entry No. 426481. Together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereto belonging, or appertaining.

And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $24055.61 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
