PUBLIC NOTICE
NORTHVALE JOINT LAND USE BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Eastern Allied Construction Co., contract purchaser of the property located at 155 Walnut Street, Borough of Northvale, N.J. also known as Block 1009, Lot 9 on the Tax Assessment Map (hereafter referred to as the "Property"), has made application to the Northvale Joint Land Use Board/Planning Board pursuant to NJSA 40:55D-70(d) for a use variance to permit the construction of a new duplex structure with two (2) attached single family dwellings to be constructed on the Property. The applicant shall seek and request any additional approvals, variances, waivers, exceptions or any other relief which may be deemed necessary upon review of the application by the Joint Land Use Board.
A public hearing to consider and take action on this application will be held by the Northvale Joint Land Use Board/Planning Board on April 15, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the municipal building at 116 Paris Avenue, Northvale, NJ 07647.
All documents relating to this application will be available for public review at least ten (10) days prior to the aforesaid meeting during regular business hours in the office of the Joint Land Use Board/Planning Board and Building Department located in the Borough Hall, 116 Paris Avenue, Northvale, NJ 07647
