NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE FORT HARRISON REUSE AUTHORITY Notice is hereby given that the Fort Harrison Reuse Authority (the "Authority") proposes to adopt a resolution (the "Amending Resolution") that would further amend the Declaratory Resolution that established the Fort Harrison Military Base Reuse Area (the "Reuse Area") and related allocation area, as previously amended (the "Allocation Area") to (a) remove an area consisting of approximately 3.90 acres, generally located at 9535 Memorial Park Drive, Lawrence, Indiana, from the existing Allocation Area, and designate such area as a new allocation area to be known as the Rebar TRG Fort Ben, LLC Allocation Area, and (b) incorporate into the reuse plan for the Reuse Area certain new projects to be financed under the plan (the "Plan Amendments"). The Authority will conduct a public hearing on the Amending Resolution on April 20, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., (local time), in the Public Assembly Room of the Lawrence Government Center, 9001 East 59th Street, Lawrence, Indiana. Written remonstrances against the proposed Amending Resolution may be filed in the office of the Operations Director of the Authority via e-mail to heather@fhra.org or by regular mail at Lawrence Government Center, located at 9001 East 59th Street, Suite 202, Lawrence, Indiana 46216, Attn: Heather Millikan, Operations Director, by no later than 3:00 p.m. on April 20, 2026. At the public hearing, which may be adjourned from time to time, the Authority will hear all persons interested in the proceedings and will consider all written remonstrances and objections that have been filed.
