Fertgus, whose last known address is 3625 Hazelbrook Street Southwest, Massillon, OH 44646, will take notice that on March 11, 2026, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for the First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-FF7 filed its Complaint in the Stark County Court of Common Pleas at 115 Central Plaza North, Canton, OH 44702, assigned Case No. 2026CV00543 and styled Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for the First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-FF7 vs. Allen Fertgus, as possible heir to the Estate of Barry A. Fertgus, et al. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
