Voltz, Deceased whose addresses are unknown, will take notice that on March 3, 2026 MARION COUNTY TREASURER filed a complaint in the Marion Common Pleas Court, Marion County, Ohio, being case no. 2026 CV 0102, seeking to foreclose upon and sell the following described real estate to collect unpaid real estate taxes and assessments: 601 N. Prospect Street, Marion, OH 43302, Marion County. Defendants may file an answer in this case, which must be filed with the Marion Common Pleas Court, Marion County Clerk and a copy provided to the Marion County Prosecuting Attorney on or before 28 days from the last date of publication.
