Pursuant to judgment of foreclosure and sale entered March 2, 2026, I will sell at public auction in the Lobby of the Westchester County Courthouse, 111 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Blvd., White Plains, NY on May 4, 2026 at 11:30 a.m., prem. k/a 31 Greenridge Avenue, Unit 2M, White Plains, NY 10605. The Condominium Unit (the “Unit”) in the premises known as The Residences at Jefferson Place Condominium and by the St. number 31 Greenridge Avenue, City of White Plains, County of Westchester, and State of NY, said Unit being designated and described as Residential Unit No. 2M in the declaration (“Declaration”) establishing a plan for condominium ownership of said premises under Article 9-B of the Real Property Law of the State of NY (the “Condominium Act”), dated January 4, 2006 and recorded in the Land Records Office of the County of Westchester (the “Land Records Office”) on February 1, 2006 in Control No. 460060322, and also designated as Tax Lot(s) 2..264 in Block 12 of Section 130.28 of the Floor Plans of said buildings, certified by Warshauer Mellusi Warshauer Architects, P.C., on December 29, 2005, and filed in the Land Records Office on January 6, 2006, as Condominium Map No. 27694.
