PROPOSITION #3 FREE LIBRARY BUDGET Hendrick Hudson Free Library Budget Resolved, that the sum of $1,775,000 which is a $69,881 increase over the 2025-2026 request, raised by tax to be applied in support of the Hendrick Hudson Free Library which has been registered by the State Board of Regents in the State of New York which sum shall be raised by a levy of taxes on the taxable property of said school district. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to Section 2014 of the Education Law, No person shall be entitled to vote at the Annual Budget Vote and Election whose name does not appear on the register of the School District, or who does not register as herein provided. Any person who has voted at any annual or special meeting or election during the four (4) calendar years prior to the year in which such register is being prepared, and has registered for such annual or special meeting or election need not register.
