TO: SHANEKA TRAMBER mother of M.T., last known address 1335 SW 48th Terrace, Deerfield

GREETINGS:
Georgia law provides that you can permanently lose your rights as a parent. Pursuant to an order of this Court which entered a Publication Order you are hereby notified that on 3/25/26, a PETITION FOR PERMANENT GUARDIANSHIP was filed in this Court by Jennifer Feathers, Petitioner and Attorney/Guardian Ad Litem of the minor child, requesting the Court to appoint Anson Young as the Permanent Guardian of your child. A free copy of the Petition may be
obtained from the Clerk of Juvenile Court of Chatham County, 197 Carl Griffin Drive, Savannah, Georgia 31405, on any day Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
A court hearing of your case has been scheduled for June 11, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Juvenile Court of Chatham County, 197 Carl Griffin Drive, Savannah, Georgia 31405. You are commanded to be and appear at said hearing if you fail to appear, the Court can enter the Order of Permanent Guardianship in your absence.
If the Court at the trial finds that the facts set out in the Petition for Permanent Guardianship will serve the best interests of your child, the Court can enter an Order Granting Anson Young Permanent Guardianship of your child.
Even if the order is entered:
1. You will still be responsible for providing financial support (child support payments) for your child's care unless and until your child is adopted; and
2. Your child can still inherit from you unless and until your child is adopted.
This is a very serious matter. You should contact an attorney immediately so that you can be prepared for the court hearing. You have the right to hire an attorney and to have him or her represent you. If you cannot afford to hire an attorney, the Court will appoint an attorney if the Court finds that you are an indigent person.
Whether or not you decide to hire an attorney, you have the right to attend the hearing of your case, to call witnesses on your behalf and to question those witnesses brought against you.
If you have any questions concerning this notice, you may call the telephone number of the clerk's office which is 912-652-6716.
This is to further advise the mother that an order will be entered against you unless, within 10 days of the date of the second publication you file in writing: An Objection to the Petition for Permanent Guardianship with the Court in which the action is pending, to wit: The Juvenile Court of Chatham County, Georgia.
WITNESS The Honorable Judge of the Juvenile Court of Chatham County, Georgia, on this 30 day of March, 2026.
/s/ Anna Grover, Clerk
Juvenile Court Clerk
