LOT 30, LAVON ACRES SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 650, PAGE(S) 245 OF THE CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON, IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD THAT A PREVIOUS OWNER HAS GRANTED THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT CERTAIN RIGHTS TO USE SAID LANDS OR PORTIONS THEREOF FOR OVERFLOWING WALLACE LAKE, THE VENDEE TAKES COGNIZANCE OF THIS FACT.
