SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE   WHEREAS, on April 30, 2024, Seven Thirty Seven Thomas LLC, John R. Laughlin, IV, Sole Member, executed a deed of trust to T.D. Service Company, Trustee for the benefit of Velocity Commercial Capital, LLC, executed a Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment of Leases and Rents ("Deed of Trust") to T.D.
