CITY OF BONITA SPRINGS REQUEST FOR BIDS HICKORY BOULEVARD ROUNDABOUT SITE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (RFB 26-08) DUE: 2:00 P.M., TUESDAY, MAY 5, 2026 The City of Bonita Springs plans to engage a qualified contractor for HICKORY BOULEVARD ROUNDABOUT SITE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, RFB 26-08. Official Request for Bid (RFB) documents may be obtained from the City's website, www.cityofbonitasprings.org, under the Procurement Tab. All bids must be made on the Bid Form furnished by the City. The Bid Form must be properly signed. The respondent shall submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of their bid, including a flash drive, along with all required attachments. Your response is considered a binding offer and shall remain a firm offer for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from public opening. The contractor(s) will be required to enter into a contract with the City using the City's forms. Sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk, Bonita Springs City Hall, 9101 Bonita Beach Rd., Bonita Springs, FL 34135, until 2:00 p.m. (ET), Tuesday, May 5, 2026. No late bids can or will be accepted. Submissions will be publicly opened at 2:00 p.m. (ET), Tuesday May 5, 2026, at Bonita Springs City Hall, 9101 Bonita Beach Rd., Bonita Springs, FL 34135. A NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. (ET), at Bonita Springs City Hall. The City reserves the right to formally amend or clarify the requirements of the bid specifications where it deems necessary. Any such addendum/clarification shall be posted to the City's website, www.cityofbonitasprings.org, prior to the deadline for submission of bids. It is the sole responsibility of the contractor to check the website for any project addenda.
