PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING and PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD PY 2026 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN NOTICE is given that Spartanburg County will make available a draft of the proposed allocations for the Program Year (PY) 2026 Annual Action Plan (AAP) and that there will be a public hearing and public comment period to review and discuss the draft plan. The PY 2026 AAP outlines proposed projects and activities by the County's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) programs to address the identified priority needs and goals of the Consolidated Plan. The County is estimated to receive $1,412,224 in CDBG funds and $532,240 in HOME funds from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) for PY 2026, which will begin on July 1, 2026 and end on June 30, 2027. Citizens are encouraged to attend and make comments on the draft plan.
