NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgement dated March 19, 2026 and entered in Case No. 052025CA048119XXCABC of the Circuit Court of the EIGHTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for BREVARD County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-6 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6 is the Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST PENNELLA HUBBARD A/K/A PENNELLA HUBBARD PORTLOCK, DECEASED WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, the Defendants. Rachel M. Sadoff, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for BREVARD County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Brevard County Government Center North, Brevard Room, 518 S. Palm Avenue, Titusville, Florida., the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 11:00 a.m. on May 13, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 61, COCOA MODERN MANORS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, YOU MUST REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A TIMELY CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
