MT. ARLINGTON BOROUGH LAND USE BOARD HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has filed an application with the Mt. Arlington Borough Land Use Board seeking approval for the construction of a new single-family home that will replace the current structure. The premise is located at 17 McGregor Avenue, Block 10, Lot 63 as shown on the Borough of Mt. Arlington Tax Map. The Site is located in the RA-15 Zone-Single Family. The applicant is requesting variance relief from the Mt. Arlington Municipal Land Development Ordinances, Sections: 17-30.1.a Lot Width, 17-30.3.a Front Yard, Side Yard, 17-30.4.a Impervious Coverage and 17-30.8.d Slope Disturbance, as well as any and other variances, waivers, permits, approvals and licenses that are deemed necessary upon review by the Land Use Board of Mt. Arlington.
A Public Hearing has been ordered for April 22, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Mt. Arlington Borough Hall, 419 Howard Boulevard, Mt. Arlington, NJ 07856 at which time any interested party may appear at the hearing to listen and be heard for any public portion of the meeting in accordance with the rules of the Land Use Board. This notice is provided as required by Municipal Land Use Law and the Ordinances of the Borough of Mt. Arlington. Prior to the meeting, the application will available to view 10 days prior to the meeting. Arrangements can be made with the Borough's Land Use Secretary to visit or receive the application and documents by email or to schedule an appointment to view the documents at 419 Howard Boulevard, Mount Arlington, New Jersey 07856 during the hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
