ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground, situate in Horsham Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described according to a Final Plan of Subdivision of Parcel 1 (L and M) of Oak Terrace Golf Course Community prepared for Rhi-Oak Terrace, L.P. made by Stout, Tacconelli & Associates, Inc., dated November 30, 1992 and last revised June 16, 1996 said Plan recorded in the Office of Recorder of Deeds at Norristown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book A-56, Page 303 as follows to wit:
