NOTICE   The Zoning Hearing Board of Haycock Township, Bucks County, PA, will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Haycock Township Community Center’s meeting room, 1014 Old Bethlehem Road, Quakertown, PA, to consider the application of Nicholas Max, regarding Tax Parcel No. 14-006-077-002 which is located at 1132 Black Birch Lane, in the RP, Resource Protection Zoning District of Haycock Township. Applicant proposes to construct a 40' x 60' accessory structure (pole barn) subordinate to the existing detached single-family dwelling on site. The pole barn exceeds the size of the residence on site. Applicant seeks a variance from §304 H(3) of the Haycock Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the oversized accessory structure.
