SECTION 00100 INVITATION TO BID   Separate sealed bids for construction of AgriTech 67th Street North Water & Sewer Extension O.F. 1591.9 will be received Great Falls AgriTech Park, LLC at the office of TD&H Engineering, 1800 River Drive North, Great Falls, MT until 1:30_p.m., local time on April 22, 2026.   The project consists of: Approximately 1,150 LF of 12” water main, 3 fire hydrants, 1,100 LF of 8” sewer main, 3 manholes, 140 LF of steel encasement pipe, and site restoration.   Digital copies of the Bidding Documents are available online at Montanabid.com or at the Great Falls Builders Exchange (325 2nd St. So., Great Falls MT), in accordance with Article 2.01 of Instruction to Bidders.   The Bid Submittal must include one separate unbound copy of the Bid Form and Bid Bond, in accordance with Article 14 of Instruction to Bidders.   The Drawings and Project Manual may be examined at the following location(s) or online:   Great Falls Builders Exchange - 325 2nd St S., Great Falls, MT   There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Microsoft Teams or at the office of TD&H Engineering, at 1800 River Drive North, Great Falls, MT on April 15,2026 at 11:00 a.m. Interested BIDDERS are encouraged to attend.   Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier’s Check, or Bid Bond payable to Great Falls Agritech Park, LLC in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
